Crush
"It’s interesting that you don’t hear the word crush used much today when referencing romance. What is a crush? A good definition could be an intense longing for a member of the opposite sex that can’t seem to be satisfied.
A crush carries a variety of feelings believed to border on obsession.
It is such a rush, this crush. It makes you long deeply to see that person, be in their presence, touch them, feel them, kiss them, smell her perfume and so much more. You dream about them, pine for them, and have your thoughts controlled by them.
When you go to meet that special girl, you feel nervous and high at the same time atthe anticipation of her arrival. And, oh, if she is a little late, one feels almost panicky like what would you do if she didn’t show.
Then to have her tell you she was having the same feelings inside really grips you. There is no better feeling in the world when you have these types of feelings for someone.
I would that these feelings could always be with us. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if this was long instead of short lived?
The crush doesn’t always lead to love, but probably in most cases it does.
When you have someone to look into your eyes high from the anticipation of seeing you and they gaze into your eyes and say, you missed me didn’t you? And you know that you did and that makes her even more intoxicating.
To hold her so tightly and never wanting to let go because you know with all your heart that this is such a special moment in time, and this lets you know that you have this crush.
All the special times of the year are so much more meaningful when in this crush or pre-love condition. But one of these times rings magic when involved in the crush. Christmas is so special already but if you have intense feelings for some one at this time, it is even more special.
And the arguments are either non-existent or so small and insignificant you don’t remember them. It’s as though you have and anti-argument agreement.
One will even find themselves liking things that they don’t usually like because of the feelings of this special one. You will even feel silly when you disagree with them about anything.
Yeah, this crush can do all of these things to us. Is the crush enjoyable? You bet. It makes your heart beat faster, the breathing heavier, your normal problems more insignificant. You see the world a much happier place.
You find yourself running to her every time you have a chance and almost crying when you leave.

A woman goes over to her married son's house and walks in to find her daughter-in-law sitting in a chair, entirely nude. The mother-in-law says, “What the hell are you doing?”
“I'm wearing my love dress,” responds the daughter-in-law, “We haven't made love in a long time.”

The Language of Love: There are times when you and your loved one will not see eye-to-eye and things may become heated which can lead to things being said and done that no one is proud of. That said, loving someone should serve as a buffer in many ways to help avoid an all-out verbal throw-down.
There is no room for name-calling, insults or verbal abuse in love. If someone is speaking to you in a manner that hurts or offends you, draw a line in the sand and let them know you will not tolerate being spoken to in that manner and then don’t.
Love Is Spelled With a Capital R-As in Respect. You are a full and complete human being and you matter. There is no excuse for anyone to put you down, try and control you or convince you that you are less valuable than they are in any way. Everything about you is priceless; your values, your opinions, your needs, wants and desires and they matter as much as the next person’s. A person who loves you will listen to your concerns, speak to you with respect and value what you say, think and feel.
Love Don’t Cost a Thing- If you are paying for a relationship with chunks and bits of your self-esteem or long periods of time spent hurting, fighting or in turmoil, the price is too high. If someone is telling you that you need to provide them material items in order for them to stay (this includes living off of you) the price might be too high.
Love Is Sincere- This means that when someone who cares about you has hurt you and apologizes they will do all they can not to repeat the same mistakes.
Your love is precious and valuable which means that it should be honored and respected daily. The fact is, none of us have to stay with anyone we do not want to and so we can all learn a great deal by understanding that the person standing beside us chooses to share their life and journey with us. We choose to share ours with them. No one has to put up with anyone else, deal with their drama or wallow in their lows but we stick around because we care about the person and are willing to endure the negatives because the positives are solid.
There will be times when the negatives outweigh the positives but if this time defines most of the relationship, it might be a good idea to do a bit of emotional inventory. Your best life is impossible if spent with someone who uses, abuses or disregards you. You deserve more

Mojito
Pronounced as 'Moe-hee-toe', is a classic Cuban cocktail most closely tied to Cuba's famous La Bodeguita del Medio bar. Its a mix of rum, lime, soda and mint leaves. It tasted a little bit weird initially without proper stirring, haha.. But it got nicer and nicer, and refreshing towards the end, and made me just couldnt wait to bottle (oopss..i mean bottom) up!! =P Bravo to me and Jing!! (But I think she got little bit tipsy after that.. hahaha). Am falling in love with this cocktail.. AND good news is, I think my alcohol tolerance has actually improved as I dont feel drunk or get blushed after just a drink anymore!!! 我练功有成了！时间真的可以磨练一个人。。
